In our quest for continual growth and improvement, we are planning future expansion into Eastern Europe and LATAM. This expansion will further diversify our service offerings, access a new talent pool, and provide additional geographical coverage as well as language diversification.

Our primary targets are companies in the European Union, United States, and Asia.

We offer a wide range of business process outsourcing services. This includes inbound customer service and support, outbound collection and lead generation, HCN, back-office compliance and data entry. We also assist in the establishment of call centers and company registration for businesses under our services.

We have two main customer models. The first involves companies looking to establish their own call center. They bear all formation costs, along with administration fees.
The second model is for businesses that prefer to outsource their operations. They pay an hourly rate which covers the use of the agents, office, computers, internet, and all fees associated with outsourcing.
