About the Role:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who thrives in high-pressure environments and can confidently support our CEO in driving strategic initiatives, streamlining daily operations, and managing communications across multiple teams and locations. This role is pivotal to ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and that business priorities are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Effectively manage calendar schedules, meeting appointments, travel arrangements, and communications
    • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs in alignment with business priorities
    • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
    • Support strategic initiatives by tracking action items, following up on deadlines, and ensuring team accountability
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure pre/post-meeting documentation is organized and actioned
    • Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
    • Handle personal errands or ad hoc tasks related to the CEO’s work-life integration when necessary
Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably supporting C-level executives
    • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Emotional maturity and proactive mindset
    • Experience working with foreign nationals
    • Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure and in emotionally charged situations
    • Strong organizational and time management skill
    • Project management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask without constant direction
    • High level of discretion, maturity, and professionalism
    • Proficient in productivity tools (Google Workspace, etc.)
    • Experience in a start-up or fast-paced BPO environment is a plus 
    • Familiarity with operations or business administration is a plus
