About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver outstanding support that strengthens relationships and supports business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming & outbound calls with Customers, Hotel, and Suppliers as needed in the process.
    • Handle basic Zendesk tickets and other basic customer reservation inquiries
    • Handle other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
    • Reach the KPI/SLA/Metrics required for the position.
    • Identify and assess customers’ concerns in order to move to the appropriate department to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
    • Adaptability and flexibility in other given special tasks from time to time.
Qualifications:

    • At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
    • C1 Level Proficiency in Spanish; must provide certification
    • Amenable to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig
    • Willing to start ASAP!
