How long does it take to onboard a new hire?
5 to 10 days from spec to live, drawing from our pre-vetted bench. We present a shortlist of 3 candidates per role for you to interview. Final yes or no is always yours.
Where can you hire people for me?
HQ is in Singapore and our delivery hubs are based across the Luzon area. We maintain operations across Florida, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Colombia. You contract with one Arbitrail SG entity regardless of where the team sits.
Are the team members dedicated to my company?
Yes. Every Scale hire works exclusively for your team during their engagement, with full access to your tools, channels, and rituals. No shared pools, no rotating staff.
What roles can you fill?
Customer service, technical support, finance and accounting, QA, content moderation, sales operations, and engineering. If a role is part of a global team, we can usually staff it. Tell us the spec and we will tell you whether it sits in our bench today.
How is performance managed?
